Blood. 2023 141(1):11-21.<\/i><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"\">R\u00e9sum\u00e9 de l\u2019article<br \/><\/strong>Un total de 171 patientes PTI enceintes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inclues et compar\u00e9es \u00e0 une cohorte de patientes PTI non enceintes. La grossesse n\u2019impactait pas la survenue d\u2019un saignement ou d\u2019une thrombop\u00e9nie s\u00e9v\u00e8re, et les initiations\/modifications de traitements \u00e9taient plus fr\u00e9quentes chez les patientes PTI enceintes (p= 0,03, crit\u00e8re principal composite). Une thrombop\u00e9nie n\u00e9o-natale \u00e9tait survenue chez 27 % des nouveau-n\u00e9s, avec comme facteurs de risque retrouv\u00e9s la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019une thrombop\u00e9nie maternelle &lt;3 mois avant la naissance et un ant\u00e9c\u00e9dent de thrombop\u00e9nie n\u00e9o-natale lors d\u2019une grossesse ant\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"\">Dans nos pratiques<br \/><\/strong>Les donn\u00e9es rassurantes de cette \u00e9tude prospective, concernant l\u2019absence de risque accrue de saignement ou de thrombop\u00e9nie s\u00e9v\u00e8re au cours de la grossesse, sont d\u2019une relevance clinique importante \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude quant \u00e0 l\u2019aggravation du PTI chez les patientes enceintes. Elle identifie \u00e9galement des facteurs de risque de survenue de thrombop\u00e9nie n\u00e9o-natales, important pour le conseil au cours de la grossesse et la prise en charge des nouveaux n\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong style=\"\">Le regard du biostatisticien<br \/><\/strong><\/span>La strat\u00e9gie employ\u00e9e pour cette \u00e9tude se base sur un appariement entre expos\u00e9s (femmes enceintes) <i>vs<\/i> non-expos\u00e9es (non-enceintes) sur la base de 3 crit\u00e8res afin d\u2019avoir deux populations (\u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s) \u00e9quivalentes en termes de caract\u00e9ristiques. Ceci permet d\u2019\u00e9tudier directement les divers crit\u00e8res d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat sans trop soucier de divers ajustements.
